mmm Triangle. It is a great pose; a great transition in Flow classes too. I truly love me some triangle and pavrita trikonasana as well. (I use to hate it at first!)
I love the Viniyoga version. Viniyoga was difficult for my mind; I am such a go-go-go.
It was so much more focused on pranayama and all the different types of them not just ujjayi!

Trikonasana is definitely a favourite of mine too and it's amazing knowing how far I have come since I started with this pose. This is the pose that makes me feel really open and "hello world" happy when practicing. Will have to try it Viniyoga style too, thanks hon.

I LOVE triangle too : ) And I recently started loving revolved triangle. I always thought I hated it but one day I got cued into it and loved it. I must have been doing something right since the last time I had tried it because it just started working for me!

Yeah, it's funny, I never thought of the triangle as a way to open up the hips but it does for sure. I like Uttanasana - just hanging out ;)
