So if you were to win you would get two weeks of free unlimited online yoga classes to take in the comfort of your own home, whenever you want to. There are all sorts of classes to take, from Beginners sequences to Core Fusion Body Sculpt, from Peaceful Vinyasa Flow to Meditation with Sounds, from Prenatal sequences to Pilates and Dance. There are also videos on anatomy, hints and tips and explanations of all the basic postures. Most of the sequences are between 20 and 50 minutes so you’re bound to find something that suits each day.
The regular reader will know what a huge fan I am of home practice and what better way of kickstarting it is there than this?
