See this as my contribution to those who prefer something a little more soothing than a very boring football/soccer match accompanied by the drone of vuvuzelas (the effect of which is equivalent to Chinese water torture).
As a further antidote to football I have been watching sheep being sheared, pigs sleeping, baby goats, owls, hawks and fudge being made. True story, more tomorrow.

also- since I listen to French radio-podcasts I’ve been hearing a lot about ‘le foot’ which sounds WAY more cool than ‘le soccer’ with a French accent lol.
