The weeks seem to be flying past, out of control! No sooner have I written one tilt list than Thursday comes around again and it’s time for another. Summer is ending and autumn approaching (in an endless downpour if the weather here is anything to go by) and meanwhile new doors seem to opening all over the place!
This week I love….
* This picture, how could you not love this picture?! And no, I have no idea what she’s doing. Auditioning for a part as a meerkat?
* The second half of the year. You know what the second half of the year means don’t you? Pumpkins and fireworks and parkin. This year, as you know, we’re growing our own pumpkins – did you also know, though, that pumpkin flowers only seem to open during the night? How creepy is that?!
* Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries. Berries in general really. In smoothies, in crumbles, with pancakes, or just on their own straight out of the box.
* Parsovokonasana. Somedays it reaches the parts other asana just can’t.
* Lists. This is the third list this week on the blog alone. I love lists. I live for to-do lists. One’s for today, one’s for this week, one’s for this month, one’s for three years next Thursday.

I too absolutely love Parsovokonasana – I had to Google the name, but Google showed me one of my most favourite poses!
As for making lists – oh my I love lists! I once sat with a boyfriend for what become hours, listing the ‘must-have’ albums we could think of. We then consulted my parents over dinner and the list got even longer. I think this proves that listmaking can be a healthy hobby when practised correctly!

I am a chronic list maker, my filofax used to be my bible and now I have replaced it with an iphone remember the milk is an amazing list maker/manager. I promise I don’t work for them!
I follow the getting things done method and it is the most efficient way of – well, you know, acutally getitng things done! Ha ha!
