Reader’s you’ve all heard of Operation Beautiful by now right? The phenomenon started by Caitlin to spread the love around the world by leaving random post it notes in random places telling people how beautiful they really are?
And you will also remember that in August the Operation Beautiful book came out (I was part of the virtual book tour!)
This is an amazingly uplifting book. Reading the stories and post-its from women all over the world is nothing but inspiring. I think Stepfanie Romine from Sparkpeople hits the nail right on the head when she says that this book is “…tea and sympathy, a kick in the pants and a pep talk from a trusted friend all in one….should be mandatory reading for women everywhere.”
And in my hand I am holding a copy of Operation Beautiful to give away to one lucky reader. All you have to do is tell me in the comments what you would say on an Operation Beautiful post it note by Thursday 30 September 12 noon GMT.

I love posting Operation Beautiful notes, especially in yoga studios. I like to write a phrase from one of my favorite Rabindranath Tagore poems and put the OperationBeautiful website address near the bottom of the post-it so the finder can discover this beautiful movement herself.
