Thanks to my own personal random number generator (aka Himself choosing a number between 1 and 15) I can tell you that the winner of Caitlin’s Operation Beautiful book is….

Drumroll please….
Crunchy Granola Gal!
Email me your address details to suburbanyogini[at]gmail[dot]com and I’ll get your book right out to you!
I loved reading what you’d all write on post-its….made me feel all fuzzy inside

It has been a week… yes, that just about sums it up. I feel like I’ve been rushing about like a mad thing all week and all of this with a four day migraine (where did that come from?), so really I’m grateful for any little thing right now from a hot cup of tea to a decent sit down.
And this week I love….
*…Himself, for putting up with me when I can’t feel the ground underneath my feet.
*….pickled food.
*….not having a headache, which considering the past few days is actually a bit of a novelty right now.
*….the rain. Hmmm, I really don’t like this time of year. We don’t get crisp sunny autumn days here, we get torrential rain. Cambridge is supposedly the driest part of the UK (not that that is saying much), but every September it buckets it down for days on end which is no fun when your sole form of transport is a bicycle. However, we need the rain, my garden needs the rain, the reservoirs need the rain and everything is as it should be so I’m learning to love it. I do love the sound of it on the conservatory roof.
*….homegrown roasted tomatoes with every meal. Yes, they are turning red! And they are doing so in abundance so tomatoes with every meal it is. They taste so much better than shop bought.
Remember readers you have just a few more hours to enter the Operation Beautiful giveaway. I will announce the winner later today. Good luck!
Oh and also, my first newsletter went out last night. It had a typo in it. Typical. If you subscribe for next month I promise to proofread it 1000 times!
