Readers, I have been taking your thoughts and comments about my upcoming online yoga classes into account as always and have realised that although a large MP3 file gives a better sound quality not everybody’s internet access is fast enough to download them. I live with an IT dork, I take superfast broadband as a given, I’m spoiled that way.
So to suit everybody’s needs I have created the same fabulous yoga class in a smaller file size.

Oh yay! Sorry I didn’t answer your email, it’s been a hectic week and my power has been off 8-12 hours daily SIGH… This is a much better size! My issue, in addition to a slower connection, is that I have a monthly download limit of 3 gigs so I can’t afford to download the big files!
