The perfect Friday night…

Well lately (since it has been freeeeezing here) my perfect Friday night, would be snuggling on the couch with my husband and daughter, watching a movie and eating some yummy snacks. I would finish off the night with a gentle evening sequence of yoga. That way I can drift off into dreamland in a completely blissful state of mind
