A handful of you know that I’m kind of, sort of writing a book. I say “kind of, sort of” for the simple reason that the amount of energy I put into this project waxes and wanes depending on how busy the clinic is and how tired I am.
It started off as a book about me and my health and yoga and over time has morphed into something else to do with setting up a business with chronic illness and not burning out and… well you can see I really need to write a tighter synoposis for the whole thing. Maybe I need to start with eliminating the phrase “kind of, sort of” from my vocabulary.
Anyway, out of all my drafts and notes I decided to make a little podcast of what I believe to be five of the most important lessons I have learned on my long + winding path to self-employment and small business ownership. This is by no means and exhaustive list and I am by no means any kind of expert, but I have set up a small business, twice, so this is what I’ve learned. I hope you enjoy it!

Now I get to tell you that I love you. You’re truly awesome with the brave podcasting and the sharing.
Love the tips, too. They’re ones I might very well need in the not-so-distant future! xx
