ME20: the last post

And so.  There it is. The story of 20 years of M.E.  I hope you weren’t too bored.

I wrote it as a piece of therapeutic writing really, something to remind me that although I didn’t do exactly what I intended to do, in many ways I have ended up, at nearly 38, in exactly the same place I probably would have done anyway.

All roads, as they say, lead to Rome.

However, as I wrote it I realised that actually these posts about M.E. were in fact my swansong.  My final posts on this blog.  I felt as though I’d come full circle.  I’ve said everything that needs to be said here really and I don’t have the time to maintain this place as once I did.

I’ll keep the site up for now and update you on anything new I do but in the meantime I’d love it if you joined me over on my new(ish) home for all things bloggy – over on my business site here.

You can add it to your RSS feed in the usual way, you can subscribe by email or to the monthly round-up newsletter.

You can still follow me on Twitter @RachUnplugged or @FusionMassageUK or Facebook here and here.

Thank you for reading beautiful people. It’s been a ball.

And please don’t forget our sponsored bike ride for Action for M.E. – you can find out more here.

Love, oms + fairydust

Rachel

It looks like I’m not the only one who’s surprised to see Suburban Yogini come to an end! This is one of the first blogs I followed when I started blogging back in 2009 (your post on yoga for cyclists brought me here). It’s been awesome to share in the amazing adventures you’ve had over the past couple of years, and I’ll certainly stay tuned at the new blog, as I know there’s plenty more to come!! :-D
