I left on Friday afternoon for London to teach a weekend yoga workshop – Himself had only just returned from Newcastle and we were like ships passing in the night.

When I got back, late last night I was over the moon to see this burning away on our doorstep.

I think you’ll all agree that Himself has excelled himself in the pumpkin carving this year!

It has finally stopped raining here and although the nights get cold and misty, the days are warm and sunny.  We took advantage of both the weather and the fact Himself was off work to take our bikes to the local country park on a weekday when it was empty apart from runners.  Bliss!
