Mix together and place in a small bottle. Apply to your skin after removing your makeup to cleanse and tone your skin. If you want a more concentrated toner, add 1/4 cup of vinegar to 1/4-cup water, apply to your face and let dry.
Milk facial mask

- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- Water, as needed
Make a mask by adding just enough water to the powdered milk to form a thick paste. Apply generously to your face, let dry completely and rinse with warm water. Rinse off with warm water.

- 1/2-cup hot water (not boiling)
- 1/3 cup instant oatmeal
- 2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
